1. License Grant
By purchasing a Redakt Pro License, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Redakt software on a single computer (tied to a unique hardware fingerprint). The software is licensed, not sold, to you.
2. Permitted Use
You may use Redakt for personal or commercial purposes, including redacting court filings, medical records, and other sensitive documents. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software or its AI models.
3. No Warranties
Redakt is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we use advanced pattern matching to detect Personally Identifiable Information (PII), we do not guarantee that the software will achieve 100% detection accuracy. It is your ultimate responsibility to review the redacted documents before filing or distribution.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GetRedakt be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to fines, sanctions, or loss of profits arising out of your use or inability to use the software.
5. Refunds
We offer a 30-day Free Trial so you can fully evaluate the software before purchasing. Because of this, all sales of Pro Licenses are final.
